  • Iodine is found in excess quantity in fish. Tuna, salmon, mackerel, sardines, halibet, herring and flounder are the top dietary sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
  • Vitamins, minerals, calcium and other nutrients are found in milk and yogurt in adequate quantities. 
  • Eating yogurt boosts immunity in the body.

Abstinence
